At AuraPresets, we sell non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods. Therefore, we generally do not issue refunds once the product link is sent. However, we want you to be satisfied.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a refund within 14 days of purchase ONLY if there is a technical issue with the file that prevents it from being used, and our support team is unable to resolve it.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

• The download link is broken or file is corrupt.
• Duplicate purchase of the same bundle.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds are NOT granted for:

• "Change of mind" or purchasing the wrong item by mistake.
• Dissatisfaction with the artistic look (as results vary per photo).
• Lack of technical knowledge (e.g., don't know how to install presets).
• Refund requests made after 14 days from the purchase date.

How to Request a Refund
